My son developed eczema and multiple allergies before he could talk. Like every parent in that position, I ended up doing 2am searches and finding the same thing everywhere.
Confident advice with weak sourcing, miracle routines, and comment threads where the most upvoted answer cited nothing at all. The signal was there somewhere, buried under volume and certainty that nobody had earned.
I build research extraction systems for a living, so I pointed them at this problem: 25,000 papers and a million community posts, extracted into structured evidence, graded by study design, and published with verified citations so you can check every source yourself. The community signal is in here too, because what thousands of patients actually try matters, it just is not the same thing as evidence, and this site never pretends it is.
